Please read carefully
If you are planning on using a sun bed or doing any serious sunbathing after your treatment please inform me. Certain products react with ultra violet rays and your skin could become irritated, but if I am aware then I will not use the specific types in your treatment.
You are advised not to have HOT showers or baths until the following day; if at all possible.
Do not use any aromatherapy , perfumed products or deodorants for 24 hours after your treatment.
Do not swim or use swimming pools or heat treatments ie saunas for 24 hours after your treatment.
Avoid wearing makeup on treated areas for 12 hours after your treatment.
There is a very slim possibility that you could have an allergic reaction to the products used in your treatment, this will not result in any serious problem. If you happen to be an unlucky one then please inform me immediately. If the symptoms persist please consult your GP taking this information with you.
Body Treatment Aftercare Information

If you are planning on using a sun bed or doing any serious sunbathing after your treatment please inform me. Certain oils react with ultra violet rays and your skin could be turned patchy, but if I am aware then I will not use the specific types in your treatment.
Do not operate any machinery or undertake any long distance driving for at least 12 hours after your treatment.
Eat only light meals and drink plenty of cold water as this flushes out your system removing toxins in the process.
Try not to drink any alcohol for 24 hours after your treatment, as this will most likely increase the potency of your drink to around 5 fold.
You are advised not to shower or bathe until the following day; if at all possible; as this will allow all the essential oils to work on your system.
Depending on your treatment it is possible to suffer a slight nausea, a mild headache, tiredness or possibly excessive urination. These are nothing to worry about and are followed with a settling down of your system.
